Stylist

Role Overview

A Chloe Stylist is an ambassador of the Maison, in charge of welcoming every guest into the Chloe family. They are a trustworthy advisor to clients and a reliable team player that thrives to provide the best experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct reports and business areas to cover
• Relationships: Clients/Co-workers/Management/Vendors
• Other tasks and duties as requested by manager.

Essential Duties

• Directs clients to the appropriate departments
• Ensures store cleanliness and maintenance
• Completes inventory and stock checks
• Handles customer complaints and feedback
• Participates in training and development programs

Client Relationship Owner

• Delivers exceptional customer service
• Develops long-term relationships with clients
• Aware of CRM targets and actively engages in actions to reach them
• Utilises clienteling tools to complete CRM tasks within given timeframe
• Captures client data and takes notes of qualitative information
• Knows their portfolio of customers, and particularly their VIPs

Omnichannel Business Partner

• Offers excellent customer service
• Grows sales through omnichannel services
• Aware of store and individual sales targets
• Completes trainings and participates in commercial activities
• Achieves given sales, KPIs, and CRM targets
• Understands local trading environment and competitor activities

Operations Excellence Supporter

• Ensures impeccable store environment and grooming
• Supports colleagues and managers
• Informs SM/ASM of structural repairs needed
• Implements store and BOH management guidelines
• Follows up on after-sales service
• Complies with Richemont policies and standards

Pay

Expected Hourly Range: $23-$26/hr
Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
