About the Role

A Chloé Stylist is an ambassador of the Maison, responsible for welcoming every guest into the Chloé family. They serve as a trustworthy advisor to clients and a reliable team player, dedicated to providing the best experience.

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Owner
  • Delivers exceptional customer service and develops long-term client relationships.
  • Actively engages in CRM targets and implements personalized reach-out campaigns using available clienteling tools.
  • Captures client data and qualitative notes consistently.
  • Maintains knowledge of their client portfolio, particularly Very Important Clients (VVICs and VICs).
• Omnichannel Business Partner
  • Provides excellent customer service and drives strong business performance.
  • Utilizes omnichannel services to grow sales and meets store and individual sales/KPI targets.
  • Completes trainings and participates in commercial activities set by management.
  • Works to achieve sales, KPI, and CRM targets while staying aware of the local trading environment and competitors.
• Operations Excellence Supporter
  • Ensures an impeccable store environment, back-of-house (BOH), and grooming standards.
  • Proactively reports structural repairs to maintain a luxurious environment.
  • Implements store and BOH management guidelines and participates in inventories.
  • Supports after-sales clients and follows up to ensure impeccable service.
  • Complies with Richemont policies and standards.
• Performs other tasks and duties as requested by management.

Pay

Expected hourly range: $21–$24/hr. Salary will be determined based on relevant skills and experience.
