About the role

Hot 8 Yoga is the Hottest. Cleanest. Most Connected hot yoga studio. We are growing and seeking enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors who love Yoga to join our company.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, and training teachers and front desk staff
• Working a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per week
• Being present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)
• Tracking studio budget
• Addressing day-to-day maintenance needs
• Processing payroll
• Oversee inventory
• Work 5 Front Desk shifts
• Lots of cleaning - all day every day!
• Lead Teacher Trainings
• Lead and manage teachers and front desk staff

Requirements

• A 200-hour RYT certificate
• Teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin)
• Previous management experience required

Benefits

• Hot 8 Yoga will pay 60% of Health, Dental, and Vision insurance (up to $535/month)
• 2 weeks (10 days) of PTO
• Free yoga, all day, everyday
• Salary: $70,500 - $80,000/year
