Studio Manager

Perspire Austin Southwest has been open and thriving since August 2023. The owners wish to concentrate on expanding to new studios and want to hand off day-to-day operations to a Studio Manager.

About the role

Our Studio Manager will set a positive tone for our team and ensure we meet our goals for customer service and sales. The Studio Manager guarantees guests have a relaxing and consistent experience during every visit. They are highly motivated to sell, maintain customer relationships, and foster a positive working environment for the team.

Responsibilities

• Hire and maintain productive and reliable team by cultivating relationships and leading by example
• Maintain strong Membership Sales (measured by conversion percentage and revenue goals)
• Ensure guests receive hospitable, consistent, accessible and courteous service
• Assist with social media marketing and local B2B opportunities (Mindbody Software experience is a plus)

Requirements

• Management: 2 years
• Sales: 4 years
• Fitness Manager, Spa Manager, Assistant Manager, or Gym Sales experience may make you a great fit
• Reliability (references and job history should demonstrate stability and loyalty)
• Team player with a positive attitude who leads by example
• Results-driven and motivated to exceed sales targets
• Strong writing ability with an "inbox zero" mentality
• Poise, tact, and diplomacy when interacting with dissatisfied guests

Schedule

This is a salaried position with an expected time commitment of up to 50 hours per week, with at least 40 hours spent at the studio. Weekend shifts are required at least twice per month.

Studio Hours: Mon-Thu (7am-9pm); Fri (7am-7pm); Sat-Sun (8am-7pm)

Job Location: Perspire Sauna Studio Austin Southwest, 4404 W William Cannon Dr Suite C, Austin, TX 78749 (near Gold's Gym, Yanagi Japanese Restaurant, and Cypress Grill)

Pay

Salary: $50-65k (including monthly, performance-based bonuses). Bonus structure is based on sales and membership retention metrics.
