- Ideate and implement the initiatives that reduce churn, deepen engagement, and keep members growing with us, from proactive check-ins to win-back efforts
- Membership Growth & Studio Dynamics: Convert Intro Week guests into members and strengthen renewals through genuine, high-quality member interactions
- Support local marketing and member-acquisition initiatives in partnership with ownership, bringing new people through the door and into the community
- Studio Operations: Run daily studio operations: opening and closing, space and inventory management, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Conduct regular walkthroughs to keep the studio clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, coordinating repairs and improvements as needed
- Uphold the studio’s presentation and brand standards at all times
Requirements

- A confident communicator with sharp attention to detail, strong follow-through, and great judgment in the moment
- Highly organized and self-directed, able to own the day-to-day and make sound calls independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where priorities shift and ownership matters
Qualifications
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-facing environment (boutique fitness, hospitality, retail, wellness, membership businesses, or creative arts)
- A track record of supporting sales goals, client retention, or business growth
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- An eye for design and a real care for how spaces feel
