As we continue to grow across Florida, we’re looking for a passionate, people-first leader to step into the role of Studio Manager at our Downtown Fort Lauderdale location.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a passionate studio team
• Drive membership sales, retention, and month-over-month revenue growth
• Oversee daily operations to ensure seamless studio performance
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation
• Manage P&L performance and implement strategies to exceed goals
• Create a welcoming, elevated member experience rooted in community
• Model professionalism, positivity, and accountability

Requirements

• A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams
• Strong experience in membership sales and retention
• Operational expertise with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Experience managing P&L and driving revenue growth
• A background in fitness, wellness, or retail leadership (multi-unit experience a plus)
• Clear, confident communication skills — both verbal and written
• A natural ability to inspire trust and elevate customer service standards
• Positive energy, integrity, and a genuine passion for community
