Responsibilities
- Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations
- Manage all sales aspects of the business including lead generation, grass roots marketing, establishing business to business relationships, lead tracking
- Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA
- Sell memberships and retail
- Retain and increase client participation
- Submit accurate and timely reports
- Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Strong management, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Ability to create a successful environment for staff and clients
- Previous sales experience required; fitness industry or high-end goods & services preferred
- Willingness to learn and adapt to SPENGA's new fitness philosophy
- Contagious upbeat personality
- Motivation and drive
