Responsibilities

  • Manage and exceed sales and retention expectations
  • Manage all sales aspects of the business including lead generation, grass roots marketing, establishing business to business relationships, lead tracking
  • Lead, train, motivate, and manage all staff to represent SPENGA
  • Sell memberships and retail
  • Retain and increase client participation
  • Submit accurate and timely reports
  • Plan and promote entertaining and productive events through community outreach and business partnerships

Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Strong management, leadership, and organizational abilities
  • Ability to create a successful environment for staff and clients
  • Previous sales experience required; fitness industry or high-end goods & services preferred
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to SPENGA's new fitness philosophy
  • Contagious upbeat personality
  • Motivation and drive

Compensation

$50,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
