Studio Manager

About the Role

A hands-on leadership role overseeing the day-to-day operations of one Stretch Zone studio, driving membership growth, and helping members experience the life-changing benefits of practitioner-assisted stretching. You’ll lead and develop a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and service.

Responsibilities

• Open the studio daily, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and readiness for members.
• Greet members by name, check them in, and ensure a welcoming and comfortable experience.
• Lead by example, coaching Sales Associates and Stretch Practitioners to achieve membership sales goals.
• Review schedules, answer phones, and follow up on prospective members and missed appointments.
• Demonstrate effective communication of the value of practitioner-assisted stretching.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, memberships, retention, and labor efficiency.
• Resolve member concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Build and maintain a culture of leadership, accountability, teamwork, excellence, and service.

Requirements

• Previous experience supervising or managing a team.
• Retail, hospitality, wellness, or membership sales experience.
• Proven ability to achieve sales goals and manage performance metrics.
• Familiarity with KPIs and basic business performance reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in boutique fitness, wellness, or franchise operations.
• Experience with scheduling, staffing, and labor management.
• Understanding of P&L statements and business performance metrics.

Pay

Hourly Compensation: $24.00–$27.00 per hour (based on experience).

Annual Base Compensation: Approximately $50,000–$56,000.

Performance Bonus Opportunity: Up to $10,000–$15,000+ annually based on studio performance.

Total Earning Opportunity: $60,000–$70,000+.

Performance bonuses are based on measurable results, including revenue growth, membership growth, demo close rate, member retention, team performance, and studio profitability.

Clear career path to Regional Manager with earning potential of $80,000+.
