Key Responsibilities
- Drive demo-to-membership conversions
- Lead all inbound lead follow-up (calls, texts, email)
- Build referral and retention strategies
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
- Train team members on closing and client experience
- Be focused on Outreach/Collaboration events
- Manage daily studio operations
- Lead, coach, and hold team accountable
- Ensure a five-star member experience
- Maintain CRM accuracy and KPI reporting
- Keep studio organized, professional, and high-energy
- Membership sales

Qualifications
- Proven success in sales, memberships, fitness, wellness, retail, hospitality, or service industries
- Strong closer who can overcome objections
- Leadership experience preferred
- High energy, competitive, accountable mindset
- Passion for helping people improve their health and wellness
- Comfortable working with goals, KPIs, and performance targets
Skills
- Knowledge of Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM)
- Personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF
- Licence in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work
Pay
