Responsibilities
- Opening the studio and ensuring everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members
- Greeting members by name, checking them in, and making sure each person feels comfortable and cared for
- Leading by example—coaching up to five Sales Associates, checking the schedule, answering phones, and following up on missed appointments
- Supporting the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching
- Tracking performance metrics, reviewing KPIs, and ensuring the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals
- Resolving member questions or concerns with professionalism and a personal touch
- Building a culture of excellence, accountability, and service
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with both new and existing clients
- Experience managing 1–2 team members
- Experience in cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed
- Comfortable with sales
Skills
- Patented equipment and proven protocols knowledge
- Understanding of the Stretch Zone® Methodology (SZM)
- Knowledge of postural and movement limitations
- Ability to correct or mitigate movement limitations through specific applied stretching sessions
- Personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work
