Responsibilities
- Open the studio and ensure everything is clean, organized, and ready to welcome members
- Greet members by name, check them in, and make sure each person feels comfortable and cared for
- Lead by example—coach up to five Sales Associates, check the schedule, answer phones, and follow up on missed appointments
- Support the team in meeting membership sales goals by demonstrating how to communicate the value of practitioner-assisted stretching
- Track performance metrics, review KPIs, and ensure the studio is hitting daily and monthly goals
- Resolve member questions or concerns with professionalism and a personal touch
- Build a culture of excellence, accountability, and service every day
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with both new and existing clients
- Rxperience managing 1–2 team members
- Experience in cash handling, KPIs, P&L familiarity
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and helping others succeed
- Personal training certification in ACE, NASM, ACSM, NSCA or NCSF and/or a license in therapeutic massage or other accredited body work
