Perspire is on a mission to bring the benefits of infrared saunas to communities in a friendly, comfortable, spa-like atmosphere. We’re seeking a full-time studio manager to join our leadership team in Raleigh. If you are confident, self-motivated, results-oriented, and love helping others feel their best, this is the perfect job for you.

Responsibilities

• Lead a consistently high-performing team that wants to win; be a hands-on role model for your staff, providing continuous feedback.
• Work directly with guests on a frequent basis.
• Mind the details and deliver exceptional guest service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a fun, professional environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals; be prepared for us to validate your results.
• A strong sense of urgency balanced with the innate desire to inspire people.
• Open availability because our locations open early and close late 7 days a week.
