Studio Manager
Get paid to have fun hanging out with kids, 18 months to 12 years of age, as you help us run and promote our art studio for kids.
About the role
Ideal candidates are enthusiastic, reliable, creative, and enjoy making a mess. Studio Managers play a leadership role when the Studio Owner is not present, acting as liaisons between staff and customers to provide high-quality customer service. You will oversee day-to-day operations, including quality control and facility operations, and train, mentor, and advise studio employees to ensure optimal operations.
On occasion, you will also oversee classes and parties for kids ages 18 months–12 years, focusing on art education and providing a safe, fun, and educational experience. Studio Managers oversee a staff of 10–25 part-time employees and play an important role in hiring, training, scheduling, and disciplining staff members.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day studio operations, including quality control and facility maintenance
- Train, mentor, and advise studio employees
- Act as a liaison between staff and customers, ensuring high-quality customer service
- Oversee classes and parties for children (18 months–12 years), focusing on art education
- Manage a team of 10–25 part-time employees, including hiring, training, scheduling, and discipline
- Handle sales and marketing initiatives
- Maintain reliable transportation for studio-related tasks
- Manage supply inventory and invoicing
- Foster teamwork among staff

Pay
$24.00 – $28.00 per hour
