Responsibilities

• Supports studio operations and profitability with the Franchisee
• Assists in the ongoing development, training, and support of the Sales Team and Coaches
• Achieves top-tier performance metrics including revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls, and facilities maintenance
• Attends all directed monthly meetings and listens to Corporate Webinars
• Sets and maintains necessary staffing levels to meet studio demand within budget
• Holds weekly staff meetings and 1-on-1 monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach
• Plans and promotes special events for the studio monthly
• Ensures the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience with proven results
• 1-2 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of management experience
• Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annually

Compensation

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
