Responsibilities
- Partner with the Studio Owner to drive sales, operations, and margins
- Hire, schedule, and staff to demand within budget
- Coach and develop the team; run weekly staff meetings and monthly 1:1s
- Plan and promote monthly studio events
- Ensure the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound
Requirements
- 2–5 years boutique fitness studio management with measurable results
- Bachelor’s in business or related field
- Experience operating $600k+ annual revenue
Qualifications
- Passionate, positive, and detail-oriented
- Team player with a desire to improve oneself and career
- Enjoys teamwork and is excited about being part of a world-class fitness company
- Willing to go all-in on an 80’s themed workout and might just drop and do a burpee for fun

$65,000.00 - $93,000.00 per year
