Studio Manager

Responsibilities

• Works directly with Franchisee in support of studio operations and profitability
• Assists with the ongoing development, training and support of the Sales Team and Coaches
• Achieves top-tier performance metrics including but not limited to revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls and facilities maintenance
• Attends all directed monthly meetings and listens to all Corporate Webinars
• Ensures necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within the studio budget
• Hosts weekly staff meetings as well as 1-on-1 monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach
• Plans and promotes special events for the studio monthly
• Ensures that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience with proven results
• 1-2 years of Sales experience in boutique fitness or related industry
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of management
• Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenue
