Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a leadership role within a design firm or agency
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of designers
• Strong understanding of design principles and trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience working with AI tools to support design processes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
