Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the architecture studio, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture
- Serve as a trusted advisor to key clients while identifying opportunities to expand existing partnerships
- Partner with Project Managers and technical teams to ensure quality, efficiency, and design excellence across all projects
- Oversee studio performance including budgeting, resource planning, and profitability
- Implement and refine QA/QC standards to maintain consistent, high-quality deliverables
- Ensure adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Licensed Architect (RA required)
- 10-15+ years of progressive experience in architecture
- Strong background in commercial retail rollout projects
- Proven experience leading teams and/or managing an architectural office or studio
- Exceptional communication and client relationship skills
