About the role

The Studio Lead will oversee the creative direction and execution of projects within the studio. They will work closely with the Creative Director to ensure all projects align with the brand’s vision and values.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a creative agency or similar environment
• Proven track record of successful project management
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Experience with AI tools for project management and creative assessment
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of designers and developers
• Knowledge of digital design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
