Responsible for leading a team of designers in creating visually appealing and innovative content for various projects. Oversee design processes, manage timelines, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creative direction and execution of design projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into design solutions
• Manage the design process from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and project specifications
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are functional and meet technical requirements
• Provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers, helping them grow their skills and knowledge
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a leadership/design role
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of designers
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques
• Experience working with digital design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Experience with web design and responsive design principles
• Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles
