Highly skilled Automotive Studio Engineer position in Southern California for long-term engagements. The role involves using CAD (Catia) software to develop package layouts for interior and exterior components and new design concepts, considering both aesthetic and technical parameters of the body and components.

Responsibilities

• Develop package layouts for interior and exterior automotive components using CAD (Catia).
• Create new design concepts while balancing aesthetic and technical requirements.
• Collaborate extensively with Design, Engineering, and other groups to ensure design integrity.
• Apply excellent technical knowledge and communication skills to negotiate and find workable engineering solutions.

Requirements

• Proficiency in CAD (Catia) software for automotive design and development.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive body and component engineering.
