About the role

This is a part-time, on-site position at our Florham Park, NJ location.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough sauna and suite refreshes between appointments, including disinfecting surfaces, organizing amenities, and restocking supplies
• Ensure rooms, front desk, common areas, and restrooms are always clean, sanitized, and guest ready
• Assist with administrative tasks, special projects, and attend meetings and training
• Follow established cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures
• Greet all guests warmly and always deliver top tier customer service
• Address client questions and concerns, escalating to the Studio Manager when needed
• Accurately handle front desk procedures, sales transactions, and customer calls

Requirements

• English language proficiency (required)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service skills with the ability to engage clients
• Professional, team-oriented, punctual, reliable, and trustworthy
• Ability to remain calm, respectful, and professional in all customer interactions
• Working skills with PC/Mac, studio software, and CRM tools (Mindbody or similar)
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, professionalism, and customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple responsibilities

Physical requirements

• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
• May be required to sit or stand for four or more hours
• May be required to work weekends, especially during peak activity periods
• May be required to reach with hands/arms and able to bend, lift, and kneel
