Studio Assistant at Adecco

This range is provided by Adecco. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more. Base pay range $22.00/hr - $25.00/hr.

Responsibilities

• Serve as concierge and main point of contact for all seminar attendees and studio guests.
• Manage seminar registration, payment processing, and accurate reporting.
• Cook up booking of artists, speakers, snacks, gifts, and virtual kits for seminars/events.
• Support virtual classes including content capture and attendee engagement.
• Oversight studio inventory and merchandise, and support monthly income/P&L tracking.
• Leverage data and reporting to suggest improvements and support studio growth goals.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of customer service or hospitality experience (beauty industry a plus).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS365, Excel (Pivot Tables/VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, Zoom, and Apple tools.
• Social media fluency (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• An analytical mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
