Student Worker SB SL Academy (TIER1)

Responsibilities

• Meet daily at 9:00 a.m. with the School of Business Director of Business Operations to review the day’s agenda and activities.
• Ensure that Summer Leadership Academy participants have their materials, including booklets, pens, and appropriate attire for scheduled activities.
• Help ensure participants arrive to and depart from meals on time in order to maintain the program’s schedule.
• Auxiliary in evening sports, games, and team-building activities on Mercy University’s campus, including events such as Game Night, Karaoke Night, and Movie Night.
• Help ensure participant safety and adherence to program expectations, including being indoors by 8:00 p.m., returning to the residence hall by 11:00 p.m., and observing lights out at 12:00 a.m. to support adequate rest for the following day’s activities.
• Collect photos and materials for the Summer Leadership Academy graduation slideshow.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the School of Business.
