Student Wellbeing Adviser
The Student Wellbeing Service is a key team within the Education and Student Success Division that provides direct support and advice to students. The role of the service is to support and encourage students to thrive in the University community in a way that enables them to pursue and reach their academic and personal potential. We provide wellbeing advice and support, advice on how to develop wellbeing self-management skills, and ensure students with additional support needs are engaging with appropriate support. We work closely with student support colleagues including the University Student Health Service, Student Counselling, Disability Services, and Student Inclusion to provide a joined-up approach to enhance the student experience. This work is underpinned by the University’s student mental health and wellbeing strategy.
