About the role
Teaching assistant position for Real Estate Finance – SRED 2030. Applicants must have previously taken this course and earned an A- or A grade. Business School students and MSRED students who have already taken SRED 6230 will be considered. Microsoft Excel and intermediate real estate finance skills are required. The position may be renewed for the Spring semester.
Responsibilities
- Grade assignments and quizzes
- Hold office hours
- Answer student questions via email
- Attend class sessions at the T.A.’s discretion (no requirement)
Schedule
Flexible; approximately 5 hours per week. Hybrid location.
Qualifications
- Active enrollment as a student at Tulane University
- Federal Work Study Award (potentially required)
- Prior or active enrollment in the specified course of study
- Minimum grade of A- in SRED 2030
