Responsibilities
- Counsels and assists students in the registration process.
- Collects and processes missing documents for financial aid.
- Responds to student questions and requests, including transcript requests and website information.
- Escalates concerns to appropriate personnel.
- Reviews student accounts to identify missing required documentation.
- Maintains service metrics and documents student interactions in Salesforce.
- Oversees student workers and provides administrative support.
- Coordinates meetings, prepares agendas, and reserves facilities.
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service to students, guests, and colleagues.
- Supports the Strategic Enrollment team and Academic staff.
- Manages the testing function for applicants, continuing students, and others.
- Handles general inquiries and routes them appropriately.
- Supports colleagues with IT as needed.
- Completes other projects and duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Some college coursework required.
- Previous work experience in Marketing, Customer Service, Finance/Bookkeeping, Academics, or Administrative Support required.
- Advanced PC skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Internet applications, and database management software required.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills required.
- Ability to work non-traditional shifts, including weekends and evenings, required.
On Campus Requirement
- 1-2 times during Week 1 and 1-2 times during Week 8 of 8-week session, depending on demand and schedule of classes.
- Shift would be 10-7 for on-campus requirement.
- Ability to work overtime required.
