About the Opportunity
The Student Success Advisor role is designed to support students throughout their training journey, ensuring they complete all necessary steps from enrollment through graduation and job placement. This position plays a critical role in maintaining student engagement, retention, and progress by providing timely communication, guidance, and coordination of requirements, which directly impacts student success and program outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Support students from class start through graduation and CDL testing
- Handle inbound calls from students and resolve or escalate issues promptly
- Conduct outbound calls to students in assigned training locations
- Aid students with permits, DOT physicals, drug screens, fees, attendance, and testing requirements
- Track attendance and identify students needing extra support
- Update student communications and activities in Salesforce
- Aid with enrollment documentation and billing package requirements
- Support job placement follow-up and verify post-graduation placement
- Greet walk-in students and prospective students at branch locations
- Maintain a clean and professional environment on-site
- Collaborate with various teams to remove barriers for students
- Follow pricing and discount guidelines
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage a student caseload with attention to detail
- Effective organization and time management skills
- Experience with Salesforce, Outlook, and communication tools
- Comfortable working remotely or on-site as assigned
- Professional communication via phone, email, text, and in person
- Accountability, coachability, and focus on student outcomes
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Hourly pay based on experience and state requirements
Commission opportunity tied to eligible branch-driven enrollments
