Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree OR extensive, relevant work experience OR an appropriate combination of education and experience.
- One year of work experience in education.
- Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population.
- Ability to collaborate with appropriate stakeholders and solve problems.
- Detail orientation, strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, multi‑tasking capabilities, and good time management skills.
- Knowledge of basic computer programs and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work until 6 pm at least one night a week; evening and weekend hours are common during peak times of the year.
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a criminal background check.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Higher Education, College Student Personnel, or a related field.
- Experience in a community college setting.
