Young Life seeks a dynamic individual to join our team in Jonesboro, AR. This position involves local ministry, focusing on spiritual development, leadership development, resource development, direct ministry, and ministry support.

Responsibilities

• Spiritual Development: Prayer, spiritual disciplines, fellowship, growth and health, and church relationships.
• Led teams and individuals in spiritual development.
• Leadership Development: Recruiting, training new leaders, team building, supervision, and vision casting.
• Resource Development: Events, major donor care, public relations, and TDS team.
• Direct Ministry: Contact work, club, Campaigners, and camp.
• Ministry Support: Accounting, administration, communication, data management, and strategic planning.

Requirements

• Sign a Statement of Faith.
• Profess a belief in Jesus Christ as their personal Savior and Lord.
• Be ready, willing, and able to fulfill ministry functions.
• Abide by Young Life policies and practices.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a college degree.
• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to maintain confidentiality.
