Student Staff Coordinator, Career Design Center
Reporting to the Associate Director, Operations & Special Events, you own the full talent lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding through ongoing coaching, professional development, and performance assessment — for a diverse team of peer coaches, graduate assistants, interns, and experience ambassadors.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full talent lifecycle for a 15+ student workforce, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, payroll coordination, training, coaching, and performance development.
- Design and deliver learning and development programs that integrate Life Design, professional development, role-specific competencies, and required institutional training.
- Build a structured student employee development experience through learning resources, individual development plans, competency-based milestones, and ongoing performance assessment.
- Develop and continuously improve training content and learning experiences creating an inclusive, high-impact student employment experience that builds belonging, transferable skills, and career readiness.
