Student Services Testing Proctor

About the role

The Student Services Testing Proctor position at St. Michael’s Catholic Preparatory School is a full-time, 10-month faculty position starting in August 2026.

Responsibilities

• Work with students who are having academic difficulty and/or students returning to school after an extended absence
• Proctor testing for all LS and MS students with accommodations including extended testing time for standardized testing
• Provide supervision of small groups during testing
• Oversee and schedule small group testing
• Assist in ERB/CTP-5 standardized test scheduling and proctoring
• Experience in, or willingness to develop expertise in, social-emotional learning
• Work and plan collaboratively with the student services team
• Perform assigned duties such as carpool, lunch, and recess duties
• Cover academic and non-academic classes (e.g., study hall, homeroom) as needed
• Demonstrate effective classroom management
• Maintain effective and timely communication with colleagues and administrators
• Participate in professional development opportunities to learn and utilize innovative tools and techniques that improve student learning
