About the role
The Student Recruitment Associate serves as a brand ambassador for Brillante Academy and ensures Brillante Academy meets and sustains strong student enrollment and persistence goals through strategic recruitment, exceptional communication, strong family partnership, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Execute strategic student recruitment efforts to meet campus enrollment goals
- Serve as a member of the Brillante front office team providing exceptional service and communication to families
- Build relationships with prospective families through phone calls, text messages, and follow-up communication
- Host regular tours and open houses for prospective families
- Represent Brillante Academy at community events, school fairs, local businesses, churches, and other outreach opportunities
- Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations, childcare centers, and local groups
- Support marketing and recruitment campaigns through social media, flyers, family referrals, and community outreach
- Maintain a strong understanding of Brillante Academy’s mission, academic program, and student experience in order to effectively communicate with families
- Work with the Seton Texas Team to develop content for flyers, websites, Facebook Ads, social media, etc.
- Host registration events and family office hours to provide hands-on support with completing registration requirements
- Plan and execute an engaging and welcoming Lottery Day experience that celebrates families and builds excitement about joining the Brillante Academy community
- Manage the student application, enrollment, and registration process from inquiry to enrollment
- Support families in completing enrollment paperwork and required documentation
- Maintain accurate enrollment records and student data systems
- Monitor enrollment and persistence data and proactively follow up with families throughout the process
- Support annual re-registration efforts to ensure high student persistence and retention
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective families in both English and Spanish, when applicable
- Cook up a strong onboarding event for new families, ensuring they feel welcomed, understand Brillante Academy’s systems, policies and processes, and are set up for success from day one
- Ensure families feel welcomed, informed, and supported throughout their admissions experience with Brillante Academy
- Support campus events such as Meet the Teacher, Parent Nights, Fall Festival, and other events
- Track recruitment and enrollment metrics and provide regular updates to the Leadership
- Develop and execute project plans and strategic initiatives aligned to enrollment goals, using data and progress monitoring to drive decision-making and adjust strategies as needed
Requirements
- Strong alignment to Brillante Academy’s mission and commitment to serving students and families
- High School Diploma
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Strong data management and organizational skills, with the ability to quickly learn and effectively navigate new systems and technology platforms
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service mindset with a warm, welcoming, and solutions-oriented approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience using social media and digital communication platforms to engage families and support student recruitment efforts
- Experience working in schools, enrollment, customer service, sales, community outreach, or family engagement strongly preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule during peak enrollment and recruitment seasons, including some evenings, weekends, or adjusted schedules such as Tuesday–Saturday, based on recruitment needs
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
