Shape the future of medical education. Join the OU School of Community Medicine as a Clinical Student Program Manager and play a pivotal role in implementing innovative clinical education programs, including the Longitudinal Integrated Clerkship (LIC) and 3+3 MD Pathway. This dynamic position partners with faculty, students, healthcare systems, and community partners to coordinate clinical training, manage key academic programs, and ensure exceptional learning experiences for future physicians.
Responsibilities
- Implement and manage innovative clinical education programs such as the Longitudinal Integrated Clerkship (LIC) and 3+3 MD Pathway.
- Partner with faculty, students, healthcare systems, and community partners to coordinate clinical training.
- Manage key academic programs to ensure exceptional learning experiences for future physicians.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 24 months experience in administrative management including supervision.
- Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months related experience in lieu of the Bachelor’s degree for a total of 72 months experience.

Pay
Targeted salary $55,000 - $60,000 annually, based on experience and education.
Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Hiring contingent upon a background check. Position subject to renewal based on availability of funds.
