Student Pastor

We are seeking a passionate and relational Student Pastor to lead and grow a dynamic student ministry, investing deeply in the spiritual development of the next generation. This part-time role offers the opportunity to disciple students through engaging Bible teaching, meaningful relationships, and impactful outreach, while partnering closely with parents, volunteers, and church leadership. The ideal candidate will model a Christ-centered life, champion sound biblical doctrine, and creatively connect with students both inside and outside the church through events, mentorship, and consistent presence in their everyday lives. With the freedom to lead retreats, outreach initiatives, and fellowship opportunities, this role is perfect for someone who is called to make a lasting difference in students’ lives while helping integrate them into the broader mission and life of the church.
