Student Pastor

About the Role

Brandon Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Student Minister to join our team as we reach our surrounding area for Jesus Christ. We are looking for an individual called by God to minister to our church’s youth (grades 6-12) by building disciples through Biblical teaching and preaching, fostering strong and meaningful relationships, and creating engaging ministry opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Biblical teaching and preaching for students in grades 6-12.
• Build strong, meaningful relationships with youth and their families.
• Create and lead engaging ministry opportunities for students.
• Support and strengthen the family unit within a multi-generational congregation.
• Demonstrate ministry development, leadership, and community-building skills.

Requirements

• Demonstrated maturity and commitment to Christian discipleship.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in ministry development and community building.
• Alignment with the mission and values of Brandon Baptist Church.
