Duties And Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain files
  • Create forms, name badges, gift bags, and handout materials for program participants
  • Respond to general calls and emails from potential customers
  • Auxiliary with social media and marketing as needed

Education and Requirements

  • Must be a PNW student with work study grant funding
  • Must be able to commit to at least 10 hours per week
  • May need to be on your feet during programs and camps
  • May require some light lifting (up to 25 pounds)

Experience

  • Self-starter who is highly organized and able to work as a team and independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professionalism, organizational skills
  • Ability to communicate well
  • Basic data entry and computing skills
  • Project management skills
