About the Role
St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Student Nurse (SNAP) for our 3SW Cardiac Step Down Unit located within the Ft. Thomas Hospital. This is a 23-bed unit focused on Cardiac/Telemetry care.
Shift/Hours: Part-time – 24 hours/week, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Responsibilities
The Student Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of a RN or LPN. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting patients with activities of daily living
- Providing personal care and comfort
- Assisting in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of patients
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Currently enrolled in good standing at an accredited nursing program
- Successful completion of first clinical rotation in an accredited nursing program
- Minimum 2.75 GPA
- Not listed on Kentucky or Indiana Abuse Registry
