About the Role

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is hiring a Student Nurse (SNAP) for our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) located within the Ft. Thomas Hospital. The Student Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of a RN or LPN. Assists patients with activities of daily living, provides for personal care and comfort, and assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of patients.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Currently enrolled in good standing at an accredited nursing program
  • Successful completion of first clinical rotation in an accredited nursing program
  • Not listed on Kentucky or Indiana Abuse Registry

Specialized Knowledge:

  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Shift/Hours: PRN, Any
