Student Nurse Intern

About the role

This position offers current nursing students hands-on experience in acute patient care settings, allowing them to observe and assist registered nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide limited technical nursing care and clerical support services for assigned patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• May be required to work flexible hours.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in an accredited ADRN, BSN, or MSN registered nursing program.
• Successful completion of at least two semesters of clinical nursing.
• Submit verification of current enrollment in an accredited registered nursing program, such as a college or university registration form, or a statement from the college or university.
• Submit an unofficial copy of college or university transcripts.
• Diploma or transcripts on highest degree earned required.
• Provide at least one reference from a clinical instructor.

Qualifications

• Current American Heart Association BLS Provider certification required.
