About the Role

Join St. Elizabeth Healthcare as a Student Nurse I or II and gain experience supporting multiple specialty areas across the system. Flexible scheduling available, including PRN opportunities.

The Student Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care activities under the direction of a RN or LPN. Assists patients with activities of daily living. Provides for personal care and comfort. Assists in the maintenance of a safe and clean environment for an assigned group of patients.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Currently enrolled in good standing at an accredited nursing program
  • Successful completion of first clinical rotation in an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum 2.75 GPA
  • Not listed on Kentucky or Indiana Abuse Registry

Skills

  • Basic math skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
