Federal Work Study eligibility is strongly preferred. This position begins as soon as agreed upon for the semester and ends on a determined basis. Active enrollment as a student at Tulane University is required.
Schedule
- No more than 20 hours per week for all combined student positions
- 10–12 hours per week for this position
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:30 PM (evening and weekend shifts are not available)
Pay
$12 per hour
Responsibilities
- Processing newly acquired titles for the library collection
- Handling incoming newspapers and journal issues
- Packing and unpacking library materials
- Preparing items for commercial binding
- Verifying access to electronic resources
- Assisting with various departmental projects
Requirements

Qualifications
- Spanish language skills (preferred for at least one position)
- Experience with Microsoft 365
- Attention to detail and reliability
