Duties/Responsibilities
- Sample tracking and processing for DNA extractions
- DNA extractions and sample archiving
- Dish washing and general lab maintenance
Qualifications
- Pursuing BS degree in biology, genetics, marine science, or wildlife/fisheries
- Previous laboratory experience a plus, but not necessary
Physical Demands
- Laboratory based position
- Sit or stand at the bench for extended periods
- Occasionally lift boxes up to 40 pounds
