We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, no invention. Remove boilerplate like EEO, drug free, etc. Also remove application instructions (like "To be eligible..." maybe not needed? Actually eligibility is part of requirements? Might be considered requirements. But we need to keep substantive info. The eligibility statements: "To be eligible for an internship with ISO New England, a candidate must have completed at least the first year of college and be currently enrolled in a four year or graduate-level academic program. Candidates must have the authority to work in the US on a permanent basis, without requiring sponsorship." That's a requirement. Also "This employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position (ex: H-1B, F-1/CPT/OPT, O-1, E-3, TN, J, etc.)." That's also requirement. Also "This is a U.S. based role. If the successful candidate resides outside of the U.S., relocation will be required." That's also requirement. We need to decide sections: About the role (overview), Responsibilities (what you'll be working on), Requirements (education, majors, eligibility, work authorization), Qualifications (maybe similar to requirements but we can combine?), Skills (proficiency with Excel, VBA, attention to detail, communication), Benefits (paid time off, wellness program, exposure, mentorships), Pay (expected hourly range $19-$36), Schedule? Not specified. So we should not create Schedule section because no specific schedule info. Benefits we have: paid time off, wellness program, exposure to energy industry, mentorships, real-world experience. Also maybe "Interns are eligible for some paid time off benefits and have access to our wellness program." That's benefits. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, drug free environment. Also remove "Equal Opportunity:" etc. Also remove "Drug Free Environment:" etc. We must preserve all substantive info: include description of ISO New England, department description, what you'll be working on, how you'll make an impact, what we look for in a candidate (list), etc. We must not repeat job title as heading. The internship title is "Power System Modeling & Data Verification Intern". We should not put that as heading. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:

Pay

The expected hourly range for this position is $19‑$36 per hour, depending on your year in college.

We should not include Schedule section. Check for any repeated or boilerplate: We removed EEO, drug free, etc. Also removed "Launch your energy career where the future of the power grid comes to life." That's part of about role maybe we could incorporate but we already have about role. Could add that sentence to about role paragraph. Let's incorporate: "Launch your energy career where the future of the power grid comes to life." Add to about role. Also we have "This is a unique opportunity for college students interested in electrical engineering, data, automation, and real-world grid operations to learn from experts, solve meaningful problems, and build skills that matter in the evolving energy industry." Could be part of about role or responsibilities. Might be better to include in about role. We need to preserve all substantive info; we should not omit any. Let's ensure we captured: - ISO New England role description. - Department description. - What you'll be working on (review and verify data, automation opportunities, exposure). - How you'll make an impact (accurate grid modeling essential to operating grid and supporting wholesale markets; contributes to EMS model quality). - What we look for in a candidate (currently pursuing EE, rising juniors preferred, rising sophomores encouraged; interest in power systems, grid ops, data verification, automation, technical problem solving; proficiency with Excel; experience using Excel VBA macros preferred; strong attention to detail, curiosity, ability to learn quickly, collaborative mindset; excellent interpersonal, written, verbal communication). - Visa sponsorship statement. - Pay range. - Benefits: paid time off, wellness program, exposure to energy industry, mentorships, real-world experience. - Eligibility: completed at least first year of college, currently enrolled in four-year or graduate-level program, authority to work in US without sponsorship, relocation if outside US. - Also "This is a U.S. based role. If the successful candidate resides outside of the U.S., relocation will be required." Already covered. We missed "Interns are eligible for some paid time off benefits and have access to our wellness program." Already in benefits. We missed "Our internships also provide interns with exposure to the energy industry, mentorships, and real-world experience." Already in benefits. We missed "This employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position (ex: H-1B, F-1/CPT/OPT, O-1, E-3, TN, J, etc.)." Already in requirements. Already in requirements. We missed "Candidates must have the authority to work in the US on a permanent basis, without requiring sponsorship." Already. We missed "This is a U.S. based role. If the successful candidate resides outside of the U.S., relocation will be required." Already. We missed "Equal Opportunity: ..." and "Drug Free Environment:" removed as boilerplate. We missed "Launch your energy career where the future of the power grid comes to life." Add to about role. We missed "This is a unique opportunity for college students interested in electrical engineering, data, automation, and real-world grid operations to learn from experts, solve meaningful problems, and build skills that matter in the evolving energy industry." Could add to about role or responsibilities. Let's add to about role after department description. We missed "After building familiarity with the data and processes, you’ll partner with experienced staff to explore automation opportunities that improve the efficiency and accuracy of model verification." Already in responsibilities. We missed "You’ll gain exposure to power system substation design, core power system modeling concepts, and the role EMS tools play in monitoring a real-life electric grid." Already. We missed "This experience is designed to help you connect classroom learning to practical grid operations while developing technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills." Could add to responsibilities or about role. Let's add to responsibilities as a bullet. We missed "Accurate grid modeling is essential to two of ISO New England’s core responsibilities: operating the regional power grid reliably and supporting the administration of wholesale electricity markets. Your work will contribute to the quality of the EMS model, helping teams better monitor grid conditions and support reliable, efficient energy operations across New England." Already in responsibilities or impact. We have a bullet about contribute to quality of EMS model. Could add a bullet about core responsibilities. We missed "Interns are eligible for some paid time off benefits and have access to our wellness program." Already. We missed "Our internships also provide interns with exposure to the energy industry, mentorships, and real-world experience." Already. We missed "This is a U.S. based role. If the successful candidate resides outside of the U.S., relocation will be required." Already. We missed "The expected hourly range for this position is $19-$36 per hour, depending on your year in college." Already. We missed "Interns are eligible for some paid time off benefits and have access to our wellness program." Already. We missed "This employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position (ex: H-1B, F-1/CPT/OPT, O-1, E-3, TN, J, etc.)." Already. Already. We missed "Candidates must have the authority to work in the US on a permanent basis, without requiring sponsorship." Already. We missed "If the successful candidate resides outside of the U.S., relocation will be required." Already. Now we need to ensure we didn't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now produce HTML fragment. Make sure to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for lists. Use

for prose. We have multiple paragraphs; we can combine some. Let's craft final HTML:
