We need to remove boilerplate: EEO statement, etc. Also remove duplicated lines? Not many duplicates.
We need to produce sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide what content goes where.
"About the role": likely the introductory paragraph describing the role, mission, etc. Could be the paragraph about HDR, Power sector, etc. We'll include a concise paragraph summarizing the role.
"Responsibilities": list of duties: "Assist in conducting analyses to develop electrical design options or recommendations, and may assist in the preparation of cost estimates, reports and design plans and specifications. Work on projects with clear, specified objectives and limited variables. Connect with recent college graduates and our company leaders through mentoring and young professionals' programs. Apply standard engineering techniques and procedures; utilize computer modeling software for electrical system analysis and design. Perform assignments under the direct supervision of a professional, Project Manager, Electrical EIT and/or Technician. Perform other duties as needed."
"Requirements": maybe the "Required Qualifications" list: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate Engineering program; Attention to detail; Possess strong problem-solving and communication skills; Basic Microsoft Office skills; An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must.
"Qualifications": maybe the "Preferred Qualifications": Prefer 2+ years completed toward degree with 3.0+ GPA; Demonstrated knowledge of software packages related to field of study/industry such as ETAP and SKM; Internship is in-person only; Local Candidates preferred.
"Skills": maybe combine some skill items? Could be separate but we can include a Skills section for things like problem-solving, communication, Microsoft Office, etc. However we already have those in Requirements. Might be redundant. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could merge Skills into Requirements or Qualifications. But we need to follow the headings list; we can omit sections if no real specific content. So we could omit Skills if we already covered.
"Benefits": we have benefits description: comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, life insurance, employee assistance program, paid time off, parental leave, paid holidays, 401(k) retirement savings plan with employer match, employee referral bonuses and tuition reimbursement. Also note that stated benefits are for full-time regular positions; temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits. That's substantive.
"Pay": compensation range: $23.00 - $24.50 per hour depending upon skills, experience, education and geographical location.
"Schedule": we have Schedule: Part-time (from metadata). Also Employee Status: Temporary. So we can include Schedule: Part-time.
We also have location info but not required as heading.
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading; we won't.
We need to not include Job ID etc.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
We'll produce something like:

We need to ensure we didn't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Check for duplication: we included "Attention to detail" etc. Check that we didn't include any boilerplate like EEO. We omitted. Check that we didn't include location lines; we omitted. Check that we didn't include "Primary Location:" etc. Good. Now produce HTML fragment. Make sure to use proper HTML tags. Let's craft the About the role paragraph: combine the introductory descriptive text about HDR, Power sector, role, etc. We'll need to preserve all substantive information but not repeat job title. We can summarize but must preserve all substantive information; we cannot invent or summarize away detail. However we can condense but must keep all details? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." That means we cannot omit details; we need to keep them. However we can rephrase but must keep the same info. It's tricky: we need to keep all substantive info from the posting. If we summarize, we might lose some detail. But we can include the info in bullet points or paragraphs without losing meaning. We need to include all substantive info: the description about HDR's culture, impact, electricity, Power sector, working with experts, goal to engage intern, etc. Also the specifics about the role: support electrical engineering design projects in Power within disciplines of power generation and/or substation; work with team of licensed engineers, EIT, technicians; goal to engage you in all facets of work so you gain understanding of how coursework applied and inspire career; etc. We can put that in About the role paragraph(s). Could be multiple paragraphs. We must not omit any detail. Let's list all substantive info from the posting (excluding boilerplate). We'll go through the text and extract.
