Student Intern (Case Management-Community Mental Health and Wellness)

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services
• Complete documentation that complies with state, county, agency and program regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelors level student in any human service related program with 2 years of experience relevant to their field of study
• Valid and clean NYS driver's license, along with a motor vehicle that is properly registered and insured with NYS
• Ability to do home and field visits required

Schedule

Days and times are flexible. Afternoon/early evenings or weekends when clients are available.
