About the role
The Intern located in Houston, Texas is responsible for gaining exposure to career opportunities within the oil and gas technology industry. The successful candidate will work closely with the management team, assisting in their daily activities and performing duties as needed.
Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings, reserve meeting rooms, and order lunches
- Track shipments both domestic and international
- Perform data entry and run reports
- Create and review PowerPoint presentations
- Create and edit documents in Word
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills including data analysis and presentation
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Must have the legal right to reside and work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- This is not a summer-only position; the successful candidate will be required to work full-time (40 hours per week)
Pay
The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $16-$20 per hour. The selected candidate's compensation will be determined based on skills, experience, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs.
