About the role

The purpose of this position is to provide excellent therapy interventions to families that CTN serves, in order to achieve functional goals to help children grow. Our clinical team is the backbone of Children’s Therapy Network and responsible for the delivery of excellent care by providing quality therapy services. Through a collaborative effort with other healthcare providers, you will promote improved function of our clients through therapeutic interventions and education to patients, families, and caregivers on ways to support the clients that we serve.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent therapy interventions to families that CTN serves, achieving functional goals for children.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to promote improved function of clients.
• Offer education to patients, families, and caregivers on supporting the clients that we serve.
• Evaluate and re-evaluate clients as needed to meet proposed goals.
• Serve all billable hours per individual.
• Achieve 95% positive customer satisfaction surveys measured randomly.
• Achieve 80% of proposed goals met by re-evaluation.
• Complete all evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress documentation within 48-72 hours of seeing the patient.
• Ensure 100% of daily documentation is completed within 24 hours of seeing the patient.
• Arrive at scheduled hours 90% of the time or higher.

Requirements

• College degree, active PT license.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in pediatric physical therapy.
