Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com.
• Analyze data trends to improve user experience and inform business decisions.
• Provide support services, answer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and diagnose problems with the Services.
• Respond to legal requests and enforce legal agreements where applicable.
• Prevent fraud or potentially illegal activities and maintain security.
• Screen for and prevent undesirable or abusive activity.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in IT or related field.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools.
• Experience with web development and user interface design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in data analysis or IT are preferred.
• Experience working with large datasets and databases.
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and infrastructure.
