Responsibilities
- Maintain student documentation with program coordination, ensuring visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next action.
- Reconcile work and study travel documentation with status tracking, adhering to a student-focused, documentation-focused workflow.
- Coordinate enrollment support with deadline management, ensuring timely and accurate processing of student documentation.
- Review documentation and generate reports to maintain transparency and accountability in the workflow.
- Perform document quality control and workflow management to prevent errors and downstream rework.

- Ensure student and program administration remains usable under the demands of an international education platform.
- Completed work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear ownership, and repeated errors must be surfaced proactively.
- Apply data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning in the context of the platform’s workflow.
- Use judgment in follow-ups, especially when documentation depends on external confirmations rather than assumptions.

Pay
Base salary: $42,000–$64,000 per year.
